Roof Replacement

The roof of the Hunter College School of Nursing, originally made of a rubber membrane, had failed. In response to the roof failure, we re-roofed approximately 30 different roofing surfaces. The new rooves and parapet flashings were made with a built-up roofing (BUR) system, and copper. We completed the roof renovation above occupied floors and ongoing school activities.
