Abigail’s Bakeshop, Brooklyn, NY
We converted a space in Brooklyn, New York, into an adorable bakeshop, helping an ambitious and creative baker and entrepreneur realize her dream. The conversion involved a complete build-out for a commercial kitchen and storefront.
Greater New York Autodealers Headquarters, Whitestone, NY
Designed as a free-standing, site-specific sculpture, this office building is listed in the AIA Guide to NYC, and won numerous design awards. The simple curved form and sleek aluminum and glass façade, provides both a symbolic design for the automobile industry and an interior that reflects the best in automobile design and service.
OPTIRAY Eyewear Retail Store, Farmingdale, NY
OPTIRAY was designed as a modern and stylish retail space with the sales process in mind. The design included dedicated spaces for customer browsing, a lab for on-site customization of eyewear, a lounging area for customers to enjoy while waiting for their completed order, and a space to finalize the sale.
Glendale Medical Building, Queens, NY
We refaced this existing two-story building, and created a new entry for a professional medical facility.
Great Eastern Bank / Golden Flushing Mall, Queens, NY
The Golden Mall building in Flushing was a new commercial one-story and basement building containing two separate commercial areas. The building was located on a corner lot on Main Street in the main shopping area of Flushing. The corner space was occupied by a branch of Great Eastern Bank, and the remainder of the building was occupied by a two-level interior shopping mall. The building design featured aluminum elements, reflecting a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
